These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the XU Scarf online shop at www.xuscarf.com, operated by XU Scarf Collection, Hohrainlistrasse 72, 8302 Kloten, Switzerland.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking "Proceed to Payment" and completing the checkout process, you place a binding order. We confirm acceptance of your order by sending an order confirmation email.
All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF). XU Scarf Collection is not VAT-registered (annual turnover below the CHF 100,000 threshold); no VAT is charged. Payment is processed securely via Payrexx (TWINT, Credit Card, PostFinance).
We deliver to addresses throughout Europe via Swiss Post. Estimated delivery times: 2–5 working days within Switzerland; 5–10 working days for other European countries. A tracking number is provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by a clear statement (e.g. email to info@xuscarf.com) before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery cost (we do not refund premium shipping upgrades). Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Swiss customers may return unused items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Contact info@xuscarf.com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
For consumers, we provide a statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery in accordance with Swiss law (OR Art. 197 ff.). Defective or incorrectly delivered items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. Warranty claims do not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or modifications.
XU Scarf Collection is liable for direct damages resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these GTC limits liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.
These GTC are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain applicable. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with non-consumer customers is Zurich, Switzerland.
