If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you physically receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us before the deadline by email at info@xuscarf.com with your order number and a clear withdrawal statement. We will then provide return instructions.
Refund upon withdrawal: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction. We do not refund any premium express shipping surcharges you may have chosen. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect. EU customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal are also responsible for return shipping.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or wrong item, we cover return shipping. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
